You are correct in your assessments of the upper management. J was my TL at one time, sweet as could be at first. Then she got kinda of short and snippy about things. Not long after, she transferred into management and must not like it all that much because she became horrible. K thinks she is just too all that, like she runs the company or something. Went totally to her head. She is just a supervisor, lol. G is a harda$$ and likes it that way. She is a mean bully who is the one always thinking up ways to revise the guidelines and cut pay. I'd say she is a nasty viper, but she would take that as a compliment.
