right up front on top of the page first thing so nobody has the excuse "I didn't see that part."
Suggested Title: PAY RATES MUST BE CLEARLY STATED IN EVERY JOB POSTING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
It gets everyone's hopes up, people waste time composing cover letters, touching up or changing their resume to fit any position posted, only to find out a disappointing pay rate when they send in the letter and resume and waste all that time in an interview.
