The email for the change also said that we need to change Fluency, Ultipro (they have reset your password to your birthdate - date/month/year for example "02031965"),InnerCircle, Workforce,and anything else like 401K, Cigna or Ceridian. Just use the new address (first name.last name@aquitysolutions.com) to get it and that should be it. You shouldn't have to change passwords for any of the other sites except Ultipro.
For Fluency, go to "My Profile."
It also sounds like the "mmodal.com" email won't go away but be used as a secondary (?).
