Plantar and flexion are both complete words that can stand alone. Plantar is not a prefix as is dorsi. When you combine dorsi (a prefix) with flexion it is one word. Plantar flexion is also 2 words and dorsiflexion is 1 word in my Stedman's Orthopedic and Rehab words. You are right and QA is wrong. Let them now why.
