I had my hopes up a great deal. This was about 6 months ago. I was told I could do well. But, between the worst of the worst dictators, the bad QA (dinged me for putting the patient instead of patient even if the patient was dictated), and running out of work I went broke. Benefits were about to hit and although I needed insurance, I could not afford with the low pay and running out of work so I left. What a shame. If the bad work was spread out among everyone and if they made sure to staff correctly the rate would be marginal and we could all win. But sadly this was not the case for me.
