I'm not sure if they are Nuance associated, but my company also seems to be experiencing work shortages/accounts disappearing.
I think once we edit accounts for long enough to get them to a certain percentage of accuracy without much editing, they're either turned over to India or the reports are just allowed to go straight to the chart without editing.
Plus, it's the end of the fiscal year and things always happen to accounts this time of year.
