The work has evolved from copy and paste into EMR system to transcribing directly into the EMR system as now required by the Client. Pay will be per report as required by the Client; reports will be weighted based on type and length to determine its cost. Have no idea how $11/hr was concluded. Contract may seem convoluted, but like any other legally devised document is (it's legal terminology, people, not medical terminology).
