The workbook is excellent. The book alone has everything you need. The CD is helpful but, unless it has changed, not necessary. The CD includes extra excercises to do and some transcription audio clips but nothing too exciting. I found the workbook was better than some of the other books I had purchased for brushing up on my skills before sitting for the RHDS testing. I found it was even more helpful than some of the curriculum that Career Step offered. I highly recommend it, even if you do not get the CD along with it.
The Book of Style with CD is helpful to load onto your computer for reference while working. That is different from the Book of Style Workbook CD.
