Hi MTStars,
I've been working in transcription + development for years and feel that the software for transcribers has always been a bit underwhelming. Does anyone feel the same?
Most places I've worked at use Word and Express Scribe or similar setup. Once you get used to it OK, but I waste a lot of time just loading up the audio, transcribing it and then doing all the formatting in the style of whoever requested it.
Do you guys use a better setup than this? What's the worst part about your transcription software?
