to see if they give you a set wage for everyone or if they fiddle with it according to your state's minimum wage. Or if they tell you they want to see a resume first, interview, etc, etc.

I will guess they're no different than any other MTSO, going to try to get people as cheap as they can in lower wage states so they dont have to pay higher wage in their own state.

Always suspicious when a job post has no wage stated.
