I have an account that I've been working on for 10 years. I hadn't heard one negative thing from any of the 6 providers this whole time. I sent a file in for a blank, and a QA person who I've never even heard of before made 13 changes to my report, mostly formatting with some nonsense thrown in, and told me that allergies don't need to be capped and bolded. So, according to this new QA person, not only have I been listing the allergies wrong for the past 10 years, but also not formatting the reports properly.
