Carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, tendinitis and some forms of arthritis are all compensable depending upon the occupation and any pre-existing factors. The rates might vary from state to state, but repetitive motion injuries are real for keyboarders, hairdressers, lab techs, assemblers, etc. Consult an attorney.
