How can you work like that? You don't even know what specialty it is? No account specs? I've never had that happen and I've worked on a bunch of accounts always with account specs and the same specialties. I've only had different types of reports for the same specialty or different clients and the most I've had to do is figure out the report type and change that. If this is a new person/new thing maybe give it some time. I cannot imagine doing that long-term.
