Yes, ever since I began here, I write questions to both sup and PC; and they never reply. I have asked a particular question several times, and still do not get an answer. I have saved these questions, and when the opportunity arises I will submit them to the director and see why no one will answer the question, even when on QA they have "please contact me with any questions and I will be happy to go through them. Right..Nada.
