out of us on every little thing. I email in to ask about something, and she completely bypasses the issue, the main question I asked, and goes off in a different direction.
My question was very clear and asked only one thing.
Yeah, she's one of those who is extremely picky on work and wants perfection, but is scatterheaded and doesn't pay attention.
Rather than waste my time explaining and going back over it again, I quit. If she can't pay attention to what I have to say as it relates to her work, then she's not important enough to waste my time on.
MTSOs: You want perfection out of us, then apply that same policy to yourselves. Pay attention and listen.
