small part of the problem. It really falls in the lap of Nuance. They need to add more servers or more bandwidth. The internet they are using now simply cannot handle all the traffic. I have a computer that far exceeds the specs and I still have a nasty lag.
Please do not let their idiot techs make you believe it is on YOUR end. It isn't. If it WERE on our end, why is it we do not have an Editscript lag when we are not using the VDI?
