A chapter 11 is not liquidation and it’s for an LLC, which protects personal and other businesses. Each LLC or corporation is a silo. Many business owners have multiple corporations and have LLCs for property. I worked for a builder and each devopment was a separate LLC. Reorganization is just that, a chance to turn a company around. United Airlines, MModal, GM and countless other companies have gone through Chapter 11 and do just fine. Your campaign to destroy Keystrokes is a joke, and makes you look like a fool. Calling all of us Keystrokes’ employees names and constantly attacking us is hateful, and you’re a bully. We are well aware of late checks and are capable adults who can make our own decisions without being bullied or belittled.
