I work on a very large hospital system account and we have a handful of dictators who we can almost NEVER hear. They sound like they are underwater and talking through a tin can covered with a wool sock. We have started sending these jobs back to the hospital and telling them that they need to be re-dictated. Some of these dictators will get better for a while, but it's very short-lived and they eventually go back to their underwater offices with their trusty tin cans. Thankfully, out of the hundreds of dictators we have, there are only a select few like this, but it is extremely frustrating and irritating!
