and docs as well as MTs all take vacations so work backs up.
They could potentially offer incentives to catch work up but that never happens.
Yeah, they reap what they sow. It's going to be interesting to see what the future holds for hiring with pay so low and the demands so high.
Plus, this field has such a bad reputation now that no one wants to enter it, so the field of qualified, young, available full-time MTs/editors is dwindling.
