industry. The mandate of the EMR (electronic medical record) technology, which came before the ACA did. Also as posted below, offshoring and a lot of medical facilities becoming big "for profit" entities who didn't want to pay people and tried to cut costs anyway they could. I get it--you don't like Obama, but you can't pin the decline of MT on him. It just isn't so. Educate yourself as to the real reasons for MT going down so you don't make yourself look foolish again.
