Sorry for delay. I turned in report and forgot to check back.
The "blepharitis" was completely unrelated to the visit so no mention of any symptoms just that the patient has it, but she did mention in repeatedly in HPI, PMH, PE, and diagnoses and very clearly said the same thing each time.
She is ESL NP but I'm sure that's what she was saying. I think she was just using the wrong word?
