I'm thinking they're going to downsize, especially since the work volumes have dropped so much. It seems most MT jobs are IC status now, so I can see this company following that trend easily. The big question is what will become of the full-time employees? I imagine this company still has quite a few left and they probably wish we'd all go and retire already...That's probably the one thing we can all agree on!
