I very briefly worked for Encore a few years back and there were multiple issues with getting paid back then. We were paid late ALL THE TIME. I remember reading that the owner (Ginger Sloan) was arrested several years back for check fraud when she was writing bad checks to employees of a cleaning business she also had. I hope you get your money soon! That is beyond unacceptable.
