https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/earphones/se215 My husband has done sound work for bands and radio stations for most of his adult life, and he got these for me, and I love them! When I have them in I can barely hear my keyboard clicking, and can keep the actual volume down pretty low, much lower than with regular earphones. Your mileage may vary, but these work great for me.
