I had one who skipped a PM step so I was on the final step to doom. She was transferred before she finished me off, but the effects lingered. 6+ months later, I was off by 1 day on the date of service. I didn't catch it because the type on the ADT screen is so tiny. QAM decided to have me do the training module. TSM warned me I was within a hair's breadth of termination. I questioned this as, by dates, I was beyond the 6 months of PM. I then was informed that the 6 months goes by pay period! Over time MM has changed and extended PM time without informing us. Once PM 1st step was 2 weeks and then disappeared if you met requirements.
