Lots of variables involved. Are you working for an MTSO, yourself or? Without specifics, I would just say that if your working for an MTSO, obviously you would follow the client profile regarding formatting issues, etc. If you have your own clients, you'd follow their guidelines/preferences. It all depends on who you are working for and what format they require.
