Nope, you aren't the only one....I've been doing this account now for 2 weeks and haven't been able to break 200 LPH yet. The only thing I'm seeing so far is oncology related...all day long. Plus it seems they put us MTs behind the 8 ball once again by getting a HUGE job and not having enough MTs....and then sending out SOS emails constantly. I'm tired of using what is supposed to be vacation or sick time to make up not getting paid while learning this crap !
