She can't keep people because she's impossible to work for. She screams at you if you don't follow her instructions but you'd have to have ESP to figure out what her instructions are. I have worked on about a million accounts and her accounts are easy - if only she would actually tell you what the format should be etc. instead of you having to guess and then get yelled at if you guess wrong.
