I’m still speaking the old language from Teamwork and you may have said it better. I did think you had to create a Work Availability entry in Work Force in addition to the 6-minute punch,? which is what I referred to as ticket, so if you’re saying that isn’t always necessary, it sounds like that part may have been wrong. Sorry to the OP if I was wrong. That’s what I do, though.
