You can put in a Work Availability ticket and choose to make up the time, or make up the make up time, or PTO or EANP or EANW, if you can afford not to be paid. You don’t have to check back. That is my understanding all these years. You can check back if you think things will pick up or if your HDSM asks, but once you get 6 minutes you are free to go. We have about the same number of accounts and no work either during the day. I don’t know what’s going on.
