None of that vdi garbage everyone is always whining about.
Only a few accounts so you have the same doctors day after day. No cesspool. Not a ton of horrible ESLs or bad audio issues imo compared to other companies.
No set schedules. They want you to give them set days/times when you will work but people rarely do. Just be prepared for your inbox to be spammed to death with emails every day. No really, dozens of emails begging people to log in and work.
Very rarely run out of work. Every day they are begging people to log in because they have a bunch of lazy people here who only log in when a bonus is being offered for people to do their job.
Otherwise, as has been said, crappy software (the worst I've worked on), low pay (same pay as pretty much everywhere else though?). IMO QA and mgmt issues are no different than any other company, low morale, etc. just comes with being an MT these days. /shrug
