SharpScribe is a medical scribe company located in Illinois but serving providers across the country. We are looking for talented individuals with strong transcription and documentation backgrounds for several new scribe positions available immediately.

What are we looking for? Someone with:

  • Strong medical language skills - 3 years MT experience minimum.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical document content and requirements such that you can edit templates based on dictation independently, not just fill in blanks.
  • Ability to work confidently and independently.
  • Willingness to commit to completion of daily physician visit workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of report content.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/regulatory requirements.
  • Physical Medicine/Rehab experience beneficial.
  • High speed internet, computer, foot pedal, headphones.
  • US residency required - no offshore applicants.
