caused by the "s" words is about ruining my hearing. Adjusting the sound quality can help that, but then the rest of the dictation sounds too muffled. They want us to send them the info on all these jobs with audio problems, but that would be quite a task only to probably not have anything done about this really huge problem anyway. Dictators probably use different types of phones to dictate from at any given time.
