I had N uninstall - sm - anon

I put in a ticket with N (can't remember the email address) and they uninstalled it for me. Took less than 15 min for them to email me the link to have them sign in to my computer and only 5 min or so for them to uninstall. I watched what they did and I didn't see anything special they did. Appeared simple uninstall just like uninstalling any other program.
