Does anyone know what the official rule is on grade 1, grade 2, or grade 3 spondylolisthesis VS grade I, grade II, or grade III. We have been using arabic numbers for years but I was recently "corrected" that it should be roman numberals by an FNP in a practice with 5 neurosurgeons.....and I cannot find an official rule. Any backup or clarification out there? Thanks
