My zoom doesnt stay either. I really miss 2003 version. I did buy office 2010 and my zoom still doesn't stick. So i think it's a flaw and not your computer. I've had to record macros over and over and it does it's own subheadings. Like if I type A tab it assumes my next like should be B tab. I really dont like it one bit.
