I don't think they have to adhere to the MW in any state; am I correct in thinking this? It is only for employee status which is very rare now and the companies that do advertise for employee status often list the states that they cannot accept applications from. Either way, we get screwed over. Pathetic is an understatement when it comes to this job, even the word job is an understatement.
