But that's exactly the problem. Cobbled up, claptrap programs and all the blame goes on us for anything - the famous "nobody else is having problems" is thrown in our faces or your email requests for help or tech support are ignored.
Trying so hard to hang on for 2 more years until I can either take early retirement or get some of my ex-husband's social security so I have at least something for backup that I can depend on and not be tied to this crap completely. and, as always, constantly looking for something better.
