This is another example of "damned if you do and damned if you don't" with the MTSO I work for. They have beaten the "critical thinking" out of us by telling us we HAVE to put what is dictated, we CAN'T guess, we HAVE to be right the first time, etc. If you put what was dictated, you get dinged. If you use your common sense and critical thinking and change it to cessation, you get dinged (by some). No win situation.
