I'd be almost afraid to know what they pay their MTs if QA only gets $10 per hour! I really hope that nobody is stupid enough to even apply. One thing that many MTs need to work on is their sense of self-worth. We are highly skilled professionals and we should be treated as such, especially when it comes to fair pay. I firmly believe that every experienced MT should be easily able to make AT LEAST $20 per hour. Anything much less than that is simply unacceptable for the skills and knowledge we possess and what is expected of us.
