What a complete slap in the face to any MT with even 2 years of experience, let alone 10+. This industry has become an absolute joke and MTs with years, some even decades worth of skills and experience are being paid less than the people who bag your groceries and flip your burgers. MTs are essentially required to have the brains of both a doctor and pharmacist and have the grammatical and spelling skills of someone with a doctorate in English, yet they want to pay us peanuts. It's time for a change.
