She would love tips to share and other input. Gee, do I dare tell her some blanks I leave out of self defense (yep, LOL)? I'm beyond tired of being reamed on audits for hearing certain acronyms one way and they decide it is the other way (sound alike, but actually mean the same thing). I change to their way and later get reamed for that. Ended up on PM for "quality" due to a document that had the acronym multiple times. Do I dare tell her about the facility with horrible audio that the previous QAM had said not to bother with emails to her because the client has been informed numerous times and won't be bothered to fix it. Yep, move around staff so we can repeat history, again.
