dictated, with or without the 'of.' Both ways is correct--different dictation style. As far as the FEV1 2.30, you do need to put the word 'of" after FEV1, as in FEV1 of 2.30 because you shouldn't have 2 numbers together. Also pulmonary function test doesn't need to be capitalized, unless it appears as a heading.
