That one is pretty good, but the other I was looking at would allow fragment searches of names, so if you could hear that a doctor's last name ended in "vito" you could search for "vito", and it would give you all doctors in a state whose name contains "vito". The website you provided, when you search for "vito" only provides doctor names that begin with vito.
