This must be the mode of operation now. Doesn't seem to matter much which platform you use. Poor sound quality, not enough decent dictators to help boost LPH after the onslaught of the bad ones, making it so much harder to meet production requirements. You can easily be describing the trend I've seen in Fluency, especially over the past 5 or 6 months. I will add 1 more gripe - too many different facilities!
