Based on the advertisement line, "Prefer experience working directly with medical group or solo practice," I think they are looking for transcriptionists who set up and operated their own mini-MTSOs.
Personal opinion only, but that seems like an awfully rare standard to apply and is going to reject hundreds of otherwise-capable candidates... while certainly not guaranteeing that same capability based on that sole qualification.
Well, they keep advertising the same position over and over again. Tant pis.
