You will wind up basically re-typing the report. Then, all of a sudden, you get this audit and 2 strikes you're out. QA is very picky and contradict one another. If you're okay with a situation like that, then go for it. My manager was great and the worst part of being let go after an audit is that I was doing a special dictator for her on weekends or anytime actually on-call because he was picky and only liked one person doing his work and had special wants and needs. I felt sort of used, but I know it wasn't her call. I don't even know if she is still there.
