That's absolutely ridiculous. Why would you stay there? You can go to any other MTSO out there and get paid 4 cents per line. Those companies can't find enough transcriptionists willing to work for 4 cpl, but you're willing to work for 3? If you manage to do 400 lines per hour, you are making $12 per hour!

The worst part is that you are all the proof that MTSO's need that can pay starvation wages, and they will still be able find people to do the work. So agreeing to do work for 3 cpl, you are hurting the rest of us too.

You and all your coworkers should quit that company right now. Muster a little professional self respect, quit, and move up in the industry to one of the "crap" jobs out there... instead of what you are doing now. My god.
