KS late pay strike - Joe

If each one of us would send an email stating respectfully that this is not what we signed up for and from now on if our pay is late we don't work until it's in our banks, it would definitely solve the problem. I know if I just didn't show up for my shift, they would have a hard time covering my account. They would have to get someone else to cover and that would entail the dreaded "overtime." The company loves the fact that none of us knows anything about our fellow MTs because that way we can't band together and demand decent treatment.
