That happens to me also. I am usually told to step off so the next shift has enough work. I keep of log of the conversation just in case I may need it for unemployment or proof of something.
My account has dried up now that many MTs have moved from my secondary account to my primary. Losing that account (C in TX) was a bit of surprise since we're never told what is happening.
